He is a California Native, born in Encino, and has lived all over the greater Los Angeles area and is now settled down here in the San Fernando Valley area for the past 20 years. After a 25+ year career in developing movie film at Technicolor, Richard joined his wife in her Real Estate business first behind the scenes and then as a licensed agent.
